    A very generous companyI've learned so much during my time here. I was able to discover and develop skills and talents I never imagined I had. Big thanks to my immediate head for trusting me, starting out with limited knowledge I’ve grown to be more confident in making decisions and handling things on my own. A very generous company when it comes to employee benefits. One of the challenges I faced was juggling multiple roles, often wearing three or even four hats at once.

    Great benefits but poor support for its employees
    The good thingsVivant offers good benefits to the its employees and it fosters a challenging work environment.
    The challengesThe supports given by the company, i.e. Accounting, Admin, and HR were very poor and constraining to the employees. Reimbursements are often not accepted while interests were charged to the employees due to unliquidated CA that has a very unrealistic timeline of liquidation. The HR is terrible and lacks presence. The Admin provides more constraints than help.

    The good thingsThis is a company that values their employees and ensures that everyone has a balanced lifestyle specially between work and personal life. They encourage learning and recognizes individual achievement regardless how small it may be. They spend on ensuring that everyone is equipped with the right tools and is in good shape. Motto is work hard but party harder.
    The challengesEveryone is really smart. Keeping up and ensuring you uphold the right culture maybe a challenge at times.
