    Fun bosses!
The good thingsGood working environment and friendly workmates! There are a lot of perks like free concert tickets, movie tickets, and employee discounts with Viva food!
The challengesLong hours yet fun. A lot of workload but it is an opportunity to grow and learn a lot from the mentors and workmates

    Challenging but I'am enjoying
The good thingsyou won't feel the stress because of the camaraderie we editors built since I started here in Viva
The challengesThere are no specific dates when your work will come to you. They should manage their time frame so we editors can meet the deadline and the quality won't suffer.

The good thingsFriendly staff. Fair enough if you were looking for a company just for an experience only.
The challengesLack of Leadership/Coordination. Also the management doesn't care on their employees even they were on leave, day-off. They gave inconvenience most of the time. Company Policy isn't clear as well. They gave task which is out of the contract. Hope that the management will do something very soon.

The job load is far from your salary because you have a lot of job to do with less compensation.
The good thingsMost of the employees are kind.
The challengesA lot of loads, big expectations with a below minimum compensation for the work you've done. You have to work from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 pm with OTY. Also. you can't rely on HR because of how poorly the work they are doing.

    Generally Nice
The good thingsFriendly staff, gives fair treatment to everyone, free water and movie tickets, NO WEEKEND WORK, 14th and 13 month pay, NO LATE/DELAYED SALARY, flexible time, flexible working environment, reasonable number of leaves and offsets, reasonable salary increase, superiors are approachable, friendly and understanding.
The challengesHaving problem with slow internet, very tight deadlines, demanding time, and sometimes, you need to spend longer hours, overnight and/or holidays to cope up with the deadlines (no overtime pay but they'll give you leaves with pay which is okay). Hard to maintain work/life balance - most of the times.

Overall a good place to start in the media industry.
The good thingsThe people are great, the environment is great. They're very lenient with paid leaves or working from home depending on your job. Everyone's very friendly and everyone knows everyone. It's a great company to start your career with and to build connections in. When you're done with your daily workload, you can spend the rest of your working hours on passion projects and the bosses are always very supportive of growth specially in the production setting. Once you fully settle in, it's truly like a family.
The challengesThere's really not much room for growth depending on your position and department. Often they hire new people to be in higher positions instead of promoting staff. The pay could be better specially if you work 10.5 hours a day.

    A fun work place.
The good thingsOne good thing is that your co-workers are friendly, and it feels like working with your family.
    The challengesThe time pressure.

it was okay, definitely not great
The good thingsit's a family run corporation / business so everyone basically knows each other. everyone works in a very homey athmosphere. compared to bigger TV networks, production people are less stressed here.
The challengesfirst is the compensation package is not really attractive for mid-level manager and up. the tax deduction are generally questionable. they hire unqualified people just because they know them. there will be chances that the better-skilled workers will be lrft doing the work to themselves.

    Very friendly working environment
The good thingsEasy to talk with people, very approachable even up to the executive level. Very understandable for leaves and absences, great working hours, no work during holidays and weekends. Pay is never late, very flexible break times, all of the bosses are friendly and really make you feel welcome and willing to help.
The challengesTrying to work with in their shifting system, at times you don't have much to do. Salary could be a little bit higher.

    Worth working for.
The good thingsThe people you are working with, the working environment and the \"glamour\" should I say are the good rather best things that I had in this company. I love VIVA!
The challengesSince it is part of the media industry, pressure and time are the most common challenges that you are going to face when you try to conquer in this field of practice.

    Great Learning Experience
The good thingsMost if not all of the people are very welcoming. There's a high chance on career growth and I was really able to learn a lot of things from the company and from my co-workers. The management are very down to earth and approachable.
The challengesIt was hard because it was such a huge company and I wasn't really used to working in that kind of scale. There's also a problem with the work space. The company is growing so fast that we often find it difficult to find spaces for new hires. Some of the office equipment are quite dated as well and there's an issue of slow internet connection.

    An Objective Review
The good thingsImmediate superior was supportive and honest. Staff in the department were a blessing.
The challengesCompany is not very supportive of IT. No budgets are allocated. IT-related projects have to be \"sold\" to management. If there was more support, IT would have been an enabler to company's further success.
