    The good thingsCompensation. Even though we're just only a trainee. They gave us compensation and souvenirs.

    The good thingsThe organization's culture, It is really fit for every Filipino workers here, because the Management itself are family-oriented. Every employees has "MALASAKIT" to one another.
    The challengesNeeds to improve the benefits of the employees. Seems the benefits are aligned way back 90's.. it's time for them to benchmark their company initiated benefits based on the needs of employees per generation.

    The good thingsThe freedom to manage your own time. Management are not so demanding when it comes to hitting targets but a bit harsh when it comes to disciplinary action of erring employees.
    The challengesThe management should look closely on competitive compensation, benefits. work balance and career development of their employees. They should serve as a good example, fair and sensitive to the needs of their employees as a whole.
