    overall a toxic and unhealthy workplace with poor structure and unprofessional behavior.
    The good thingsworking with a small team that shares the same values and principles.
    The challengesThe experience was really tough. There was no structure, no planning, and no proper management—basic projects were a struggle to get done. People constantly shifted blame, took credit for others’ work, and had poor work ethics. Concerns were sometimes handled unprofessionally, even in public. Overall, it was a stressful and chaotic environment.

    The good thingsMy experience as a Manager, has been put into practice and challenges. The Management are warmth, welcoming and supportive. You will feel that you're working in one big family. :)
    The challengesIts ongoing transition and automation, working longer hours are inevitable. But if you have good time management and productivity, compress working hours is an option.
