    The good thingsGood Salary,good benefits,lot of trainings attended,lot ofnew knowledge acquired,i was sent to Poland thru this company to train new employee in Poland.

    The good thingsBenefits for interns include shuttle service and free lunch meals. Friendly employees make the working and learning a positive experience.
    The challengesDifficulties include commuting to and from the manufacturing plant without the shuttle service, and adapting to regular shift rotation.

    The good thingsBeing able to meet people from all walks of life from different countries. They send me to US for a training and that is the good challenge they do to me for all my hardwork and done for the past three years and 8 months.
    The challengesAs i mentioned earlier, they send me to US for a training on my own. It should ne a challenge to me to meet my counterpart in US.

    The good thingsthe people are kind and treat each other as family. very hospitable and amiable
