    Experience is given. It really depends on your willingness to learn ang grow
    The good thingssame age range somehow makes me work comfortable very good colleagues (however there are staff on different sites that are not good working with)
    The challengesimprove the evaluation on employees (slow increase) improve the quality of work, equipment improve your competency towards AA,AAA,AAAA companies eliminate toxic boss, workmates, and people who really don't have great contribution to the company

    I am a fresher graduate, however I had so many experience with regards in leadership. I was became a class president during my college days and an officer in an organizations as well. I took BSBA FM and I had my intership at Landbank at naga. And pretty sure that these factors will lead me towards success. Thank you and God bless.
    The good thingsMy brother and brother in law worked for almost 7 years and fortunately my brother helped me to finish my studies. And this for me to give back to help them. So, I wished to work here because the comments from them were ao good and interesting to work with.     Big problem when it comes to management.

    Low salary, Management doesn't care for hardworking employees
    The good thingsOur team in our site is the best working family to have on professional level.
    The challengesThe management doesn't have full support on our site. The company didn't pay our OT's accordingly. They expect results, when they don't give full support. Even if you do your best, it's still your fault because the management doesn't see anything wrong with their "management".

    The salary is low snd there is no increase only the work load. About bonus, don't expect it. OT is limited up to 2 hours but you have to finish your work it's slways OTY

    The good thingsfirst i'm learn how to communicate for many workers, from construction site of almost 300 people and how to given a requesting materials.
    The challengesthere are inventory of materials,they lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers,receiving and record a new stock,My Subordinates are cooperate to my policy and procedures,they work as a team and teaching,coaching,train a new warehoure in charge, at the same time i'm willing to work at overtime....
