    Good people, bad management.
The good thingsGood camaraderie among co-workers (mostly).
The challengesVery heavy workload (OT up to 3-5am is normal) and client expectations regarding deadlines not managed well. Combine these two and you get half-baked outputs since there isn't enough time to develop and ask to be checked by supervisors who also have a lot on their plate.

    - it was a good experience to work in the company but will definitely not recommend to other allied architects
The good things- good training ground mostly for fresh graduates
The challenges- salary and benefits is below average - department head is always micro managing resulting to delayed responses on employee evaluations and review of exam for promotion - HR is unhelpful to employee concerns

    Terrible hiring process experience.
The good things-Staff seems genuinely friendly -Good working environment
The challenges-Very long waiting time between interviews and assessment examinations. -Unresponsive HR. -Will take several weeks to give feedback on application status. -Management can choose not to proceed with hiring process after waiting period despite the Dept. Leader verbally stating the passing of their interview/exams while being told to patiently wait for their formal job offer.

Friendly and proactive workmates, overtime, toxic management, no work-home boundaries
The good thingsFriendly and proactive workmates, design managers are also very open to your recommendations and integrates your inputs to the overall design
The challengesVery toxic management, loves to micromanage and watch you over the CCTV. Pay is not competitive and compared to the workload they give you, it's also not enough.

    Good working environment but...
The good thingsAside from their office, the good thing about this company is its people/ employees. Regardless of the heavy workload and deadlines, they still manage to have fun while working in the office and enjoy what they do. If you're a fresh graduate seeking for experience prior to the board exams, it's the place to be.
The challengesThe salary is average. Their policies are uncertain and the admin needs a lot of improvement on its implementation.

    Good startup company
The good thingsThe people here is like family. Has a young crowd of professionals, Bosses are very understanding towards personal concerns. Very open minded to your decision to change departments as long as you pass the departments requirements and exam. Very supportive towards there junior architects in pursuing the license. And when you pass the exam for the license you will have a respectable incentive from them. Lastly, they give proper OT pay as long as its reported properly.
The challengesThe first challenge I had encountered was not having time for a proper training. At sometime you have to figure things out on your own. And yes its not enough and errors can occur to many times before getting it right. Yes it might be part of the job to extend your efforts in knowing things on your own. But, there are no time for errors if you have a list of deadlines. Internal reports and emails are not practiced within the groups which give confusion at times who updated, edited or advised such activities we have to provide, that leads to misguidance. Lastly, deadline are sometimes deadly, due to many revisions we encounter even last minutes decisions made by the team the leader.

The good thingsA competitive firm and has a great working environment.
The challengesIf your looking for a overall learning experience from design to project management, it would be very challenging because they're departmentalized.

The good thingsGood working relationship with co employees and commendable approach-ability of the management especially when one is eager and sincere to help build the company for its future. Good perks and reward on every hard work recognized
The challengesSystem difficulties that we on middle management is currently developing in preparation and facing the current growth we are experiencing. More learning and experience analysis are needed to develop standards and training methods for the younger generations
