    Over all benefits are very good. Salary is very good specially if you are working here longer than 10 years since there are yearly increase salary. For fresh graduates salary is very low. No promotions for non-management group.
    The good thingsHigh Salary. There will be always increase in salary yearly. HMO. Many Leave credits. Christmas gift. Birthday Gifts from company and many more benefits.
    The challengesOnly management are promoted. Biased salary. Mechanic is higher salary than Senior Technicians/Mechanic, Engineers and other support positions are lower salary than Machine operators. For non-management positions They will promise you for promotion to make your work very productive in the end promotion will be forgotten.
