    I was able to learn a lot about the importance of valuing employees.
    The good thingsThe best thing about this company is their culture. They value their employees, they give importance to work and life balance, and they give employees a reason to stay in the company. They also give them a chance to learn and develop their abilities by giving seminars, trainings, and programs.
    The challengesDuring my stay, I did not find anything missing in the company. They seemed to have it all together. Not only were they concerned with the quality of their service, but they were also concerned with the status of their employees. They treated them as family, rather than machines.
