Nice work environment but salary is too low
The good thingsI love the culture in my department - I'm not sure how others work. My manager is cool, as well as my teammates.
The challengesSalary is low when you compare to other inhouse financial services that are here in the Philippines.

The challengesYou handle multiple products ergo you cannot focus on a particular product.

The good thingsVery lenient management. Have been with other organizations but this company "pro employee". Sure there will be employees who would still complain.. but looking at other companies, this is pretty much lenient. Great Brand Great Benefits Leader in the industry
The challengesStill growing, still has opportunities to follow other established organizations in terms of culture, benefits...

    Make it lively
The good thingsThe work place is great. You have a lot of great people to work with.
The challengesAverage salary knowing that this is visa and is a financial account. Not much of engaging activities. Most of the time it is an all hands on desk (AHOD) day to day scenario.
