    If you're looking for a job with work-life balance, VFI is the right company for you.
    The good thingsI have been with the company for almost 2 years already and so far so good! Learned a lot and grown a lot as an individual. The work environment here is great, well in my department at least. The people i work with, even those whose been with the company longer than I have been in this world haha, have been very humble and willing to teach and coach someone like me who is still so eager to learn. Maybe it's because this is my first job and first company, but Virginia has really helped me a lot the past 1yr plus. And hopefully if all goes well, I'd want to be here for as long as I can.
    The challengesThe one common challenge would be the salary. To be honest the salary here in Virginia is not that competitive especially for entry level. But it's okay coz the benefits are so goood. I haven't seen other companies with the same benefits that VFI has, that is employee-friendly.

    Good avenue for training and learning.
    The good thingsThe working environment is very healthy. You can't feel being outcast/out of place. The Seniors are willing to guide you if you're still a rookie in corporate world.

Employee engagement is also not quite evident in areas outside the head office, I believe the company should also invest in this since it is equally important.
