A great place for learning! The good thingsThe working environment with the team and coworkers are great, especially with the construction workers because they're much more respectful than the stereotypical workers.
The challengesWorking hard for the betterment of the company is not that much appreciated if you're in the lower ranks. Your efforts will always be neglected since it'll always be the higher ranks who get the credits. Although, you're competent at your job responsibilities, you'll always be overshadowed by the staff/colleague who've stayed in the company longer.
The pay is messed up, for one thing, the rate is considered for 30 workings per month instead of the usual 26-working days per month which may seem like you have higher salary when if compared to a daily rate is actually lower. (You do the math.) The amount of load and concern you cover for the company will not be compensated well especially the OTs.
