    Worth it.
    The good thingsBasic ideology for what an Architect's role in every project is instilled to every one of the employees. Each employee's are also given chances to handle various disciplines outside the Architecture profession in general ( e.g. MEFP's works ).
    The challengesMain challenge is on how each and everyone grows with every project handled. The company itself could still grow and reach new heights achievable only if there can be more transparent co-relation between the higher management down to it's employees. The system itself should be revamped in order to attain much needed transparency.

    The good thingsOne best thing I truly am greatful with my experience on the company is the vast oppotunity one can have for career development. Having been tasked with various field of discipline for a given project, we given opportunity to be truly emersed on it from the design conceptualization up to its realization. Working also on the company helps you to grow and learn while maintaining that work and life balance.
    The challengesEveryday work is a challenge, a challenge on how you can be the better version of yourself daily. Faced with various situations pertaining to the project, one must always be flexible enough to comprehend every scenarios and arrive to a point with precise and accurate decisions.

    I have learn every basic of the architectural design from this company.
    The good thingsWorking in this company you will learn the trade of Architecture from Schematic Design, Working Drawings, Project Bidding, Construction Supervision, and On-Site Ocular Inspection. You will also be exposed to the Government requirements needed for you to establish Building Construction. Small Clerical works also is included so that the person will understand to manage his own part of the deal that an Architect must know.
    The challengesBeing a learning individual, working in this company does not mean you have to depend yourself on what the company offers you (regarding diversified experience) you must also work your way through, to knowing every aspect technique and skills you need to finish what needs to be done, fast cad drafting and keeping up with time are the two things i definitely learn in this company which every project requires to be submitted on time.
