If you want experience, then go. But you will never find yourself staying here.
The good thingsJust the kids and co-teachers. They are all easy to approach, same goes with the students they are pretty much manageable.
The challengesLow salary, discrepancies when it comes to your gov remittances, also the management.

Look at your co-teachers and students, not on the administration/management.
The good thingsThe co-teachers as well as the students. They are the only reason why you would want to stay. A good stepping stone for new teachers for you will learn new teaching methodology (Montessori method).
The challengesAdministration/management. Teachers are always getting the short end of the stick. Unfulfilled promises. Management will not favor teachers in the event of a problem.

Salary is not always the issue.
The good thingsMy employers and his siblings are very humane. They treat both teachers and students very well. Although salary is not that high as i expected, the love that I feel outweigh the amount of salary i received. They walk what they preach. They are very religious and their life manifest the life of Christ during His ministry on earth.
The challengesTheir resources are scarce but their dedication and sincerity to deliver TOTAL QUALITY EDUCATION particularly for the marginalized sector outweighs the challenges such as limited resources. Their People Skills are very effective and their great attitude is contagious. They skillfully motivate both the right people as well as those who perform below the average.
