Supportive workplace with teamwork and growth; challenges are manageable and build resilience.
The good thingsMy experience in the company has been very meaningful because of its strong Christian culture. It promotes values such as respect, integrity, humility, and service, which are reflected in how people treat one another every day. This creates a positive and peaceful working environment where employees feel supported and valued. Personally, it has helped me grow not only in my skills but also in my character and mindset. I learned to be more patient, understanding, and responsible in handling my tasks and dealing with different people. The culture also encourages doing work with excellence and sincerity, which motivates me to give my best even during challenging days. I appreciate how the environment feels purpose-driven, reminding me that work is not only about tasks but also about making a positive impact. Overall, it has been a rewarding experience that strengthened my faith, attitude, and professional growth.
The challengesThere are challenges in the workplace, especially during busy days and when handling multiple tasks at the same time. At times, the workload can feel demanding and requires strong time management, focus, and patience. However, these challenges are still manageable and sustainable because of the supportive environment and helpful colleagues. The management also provides guidance when needed, which makes it easier to handle pressure and stay on track. Instead of becoming overwhelming, the challenges become opportunities for growth and improvement. They help me develop better organization skills, adaptability, and resilience in my work. Over time, I learned how to prioritize tasks, stay calm under pressure, and work more efficiently. Even though the work can be challenging, it remains a positive experience because it pushes me to improve while still being supported by a healthy and encouraging workplace culture.

The Good Things and Some Points to Ponder
The good thingsThe company promotes and seeks to apply Biblical values in the workplace. There are opportunities for Devotionals every week and during huddles. I appreciate this practice as it strengthens my faith and level of excellence at work and it also brings the team closer as we work together to meet our targets. The management also extends grace to employees by listening to suggestions and feedback.
The challengesSadly, the salary package for a regular teacher is not as competitive as offered in other international schools. The workload is a little bit more on the admin tasks rather than the teaching experience itself. There were just a few opportunities for professional development (such as workshops and training sessions that are certified and can be used locally and internationally).
