    It is my comfort zone already.
    The good thingsWorking with colleagues that are approachable, generous enough to share their learnings. fun to be with colleagues.
    The challengesThe management is very poor.. There is no strong foundation on it. The bosses have different perspective. The Chairman or the president of the company itslef do not know what he is doing.

    The good thingsGood salary rate for job starters. Learned auditing skills. Gained good friends. Established proper communication towards co-employees.
    The challengesChanging the existing system. It is somewhat outdated but still functional. Plenty of improvement can be done but hard to penetrate since it is a very large company. Overall, still good.
