professionalism, organizational skills, and passion through education and healthcare service.
The good thingsI enjoy helping people and being of service to others. I also enjoy work that requires organization, accuracy, and good communication. In my current job at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, I enjoy assisting patients, managing records, and doing my part to help things run smoothly.
The challengesI believe I can still improve my confidence, communication skills, and ability to handle challenging situations. I also want to continue learning new skills and gaining more experience so I can grow both personally and professionally.

Best place to grow wholistically. Continuously challenges you as a person and a professional.
The good thingsGreat learning experience to practice your specialization, hone your skills, improve wholistically and you also appreciate the beauty of learning to interact, communicate and be compassionate with people from different walks of life. My lab supervisors and colleagues are great companions even down to our admin, technicians and maintenance staff we've grown pretty close like a family.
The challengesHere you learn the true meaning of the word GRIT. OT is unpaid, no hazard pay (both contractual/regular) and no night differential (contractuals). Some high positioned officials (signatories) if not most are hardly present in the hospital premises meaning most paperworks take time to be signed. Burn out is a tendency. Overworked people and understaffed with overflowing and overwhelming number of census daily. Although you get used to it in the long run.
