Not bad for a first experienceThe good thingsThe people are approachable, they can assist you on what you need. Just always make sure to take notes so you won't have to ask again as everybody is loaded and busy on their own tasks. The management is not so strict when it comes to taking leave of absences, you can also offset if you're late. It's actually flexible there. The work/life balance is actually good as long as you can manage your time.
The challengesIf you have no marketing experience, this job is perfect for you. You will learn a lot. But I hope you have enough patience and determination as there are many workloads. If you're interested in joining the Marketing department, make sure you're tough and always up for challenges because you will never run out of problems/tasks.
