    Ok for a beginner. If you're a professional at a managerial level this company is not helpful.
    The good thingsSome of the employees are good natured people but the batch I was in was really young so they were emotional.
    The challengesThe Marketing head was really not helpful. There's a lot of micro-managing and that particular person doesn't like to be overshadowed by other people so if you make a mistake she would highlight it but if you did a good job there's no recognition. Environment here is fast-paced and there's a lot of challenges internally in terms of process. No innovation, very traditional.

    As a working mom, the work-life balance is the best benefit for me. Though it does get really busy sometimes, if you can manage your schedule well, you won't be burnt out
    The good thingsManagement is open to suggestions from employees. OT is discouraged (unless necessary like for event ingress) as the company values work life balance. Lots of internal and external learning opportunities
    The challengesHeavy workload, fast pacing. Too much coordination needed internally to get something approved and running. Multi-step approval since there are several signatories locally then still needs approval of principals abroad. Still heavy on paperwork.

    Not bad for a first experience
    The good thingsThe people are approachable, they can assist you on what you need. Just always make sure to take notes so you won't have to ask again as everybody is loaded and busy on their own tasks. The management is not so strict when it comes to taking leave of absences, you can also offset if you're late. It's actually flexible there. The work/life balance is actually good as long as you can manage your time.
    The challengesIf you have no marketing experience, this job is perfect for you. You will learn a lot. But I hope you have enough patience and determination as there are many workloads. If you're interested in joining the Marketing department, make sure you're tough and always up for challenges because you will never run out of problems/tasks.

    Fast-Paced Working Environment
    The good thingsSmall company but gives opportunity to learn new things, work is challenging. Ideal for career driven, passionate and extrovert applicants. Nice people whom you can learn with.
    The challengesAn established system of how they do things. Coordination and delivery of materials is challenging because warehouse is far from corporate office. Needs long leadtime to process payments, product requests, etc.
