    The good thingsWorking in VT gives work-life balance. The schedule is flexible so there's no need to rush in the morning. They have the right tools to make ones work highly organized. People are easy to talk to and good to work with.

    Satisfying and comfortable but salary's a bit on the lowest compared to other BIM companies in the Philippines

    The challengesTalking to PMs in the US and following their commands and instructions. It was a bit hard given that we're like pawns here on PH since there are no PMs from PH. There should be some considerations given that almost all the work are provided and done by modelers here instead recognitions and reviews are all received only by PMs.
