    The good thingsVIA boasts a very good work atmosphere for its people. The workplace is always vibrant, and the organization itself promotes harmonious relationship amongst employees. I like that VIA also gives opportunities for our personal development as such, the external trainings either on an entry-level and managerial one. But of course, the best part about working here is the annual free tickets for the employees! What is working in the Travel industry if you can't travel, right? :)
    The challengesIf you'd be part of Operations, it is important to keep in mind that a rotational shift is inevitable.

    Undoubtedly the best place for travel professionals to work
    The good thingsGreat Team, fixed work hours, 5 days a week, HMO, 13th Pay, attractive incentives and an amazing atmosphere. Most of the staff gets free international tickets annually in addition to Complete free trips in the form of Fam trips to various countries across the globe.
    The challengesMall of Asia is 15 minutes walking distance from nearby MRT station which is a challenge. Although you have countless jeepneey ply from MoA
