    Nice Experience and Less Stressful

    Good People but no career security and HR are terrible and not approachable
    The good thingsYou will have good friends. Good training as well and a little above average salary even if you are a fresh graduate.
    The challengesHR are terrible. They are not for the employees. Hard to ask questions from them and they like to deduct your salary with no pay. You also dont have career security since they usually layoff employee even if you are doing good on your work. Sometimes they have no notice in laying off. You dont know its your last day until the day itself. Everyone was shocked on this events the last time I experienced. Although I wasnt layoff, I feel sorry for those who are really good employees. They also dont give bonuses only 13th month pay given on the last working day before Christmas. They also dont have OT Pay.

    The good thingsHigher salary than other companies
    The challengesThe management and you dont have work stability and growth since they normally layoff their people just like that. They will even tell you its your last day on your last day itself. You also dont have OT pay and OT usually lasts overnight till mornings. You dont have career security.

    Building your management skills
    The good thingsa good company to start being knowledgeable about construction details, procedures, standard formats, communication and management. Also offers a good basic salary and a less stressful environment.
    The challengesVarying from the team, but the team i got into works fine for a working environment. The only challenge I face from here is that i have learn enough and i no longer grow after a year or two.

    The good thingsFriendly and approachable people, work-life balance, the office always assists you if need any help on anything, somewhat high compensation and salary progression.
    The challengesIt's in Makati so there is a high probability of getting caught in traffic jams. Company activities rarely happen. Experience is very limited for fresh graduates.

    Great job for starters
    The good thingsCompany benefits like vacation and sick leave. Understanding superiors and good working environment.
    The challengesHR Management is not employee-friendly. No salary increases and bonus even if you serve the company for years, only position promotions when others resign. Very long overtime without pay, only offsets.

    Second work review
    The good thingsThe good things about this company is the camaraderie, having close relationship with superiors with respect regardless of native origin. During my stay in this company, it nourishes my knowledge on the techniques of production drawings. And how to work effectively with less supervision. I have also understand the value of working diligently to reach the team's goal for the project.
    The challengesAll of hardworks in this company is an experience. The challenge that i have encountered during my stay in this company is how to balance your commitment and diligence versus the salary. The main challenge here is the salary, there are times that we work overtime without pay just to finish and submit all the needed production drawings to our Director. We work over night without being compensated.

    Good things working in a great place
    The good thingsBosses understand you and helping you, many activities, great benefits for those who worked there. Many friends with same hobbies and likes, even the salary is low, but you gets many benefits like ot, 13th month and bonus.
    The challengesmany people working there hard to remember names.
