    rewarding if you are an animal lover but very stressful

    The challengesIn the branch I worked in, the doctors and the nurses do the billing of confined patients which are not being practiced in their other branches because their cashier/admin staff do this. Lots of overtime.

    Lack of clear direction, contradictory instructions.
    The good thingsLearned new things on pet care and responsibility of pet ownership
    The challengesInstructions were not clear. Rating and evaluation was not fair. Distribution of area to manage was not fair and evaluating performasnce was subjective.
