    The good thingsDo: Friendly and courteous staff and personnel, Clean and green environment, your get to provide service to War Veteran patients as well as retired goverment employees. Good average salary. Don't: the hospital fascilities a bit old and some patients room is old and needs renovation. I hope when they recieve goverment fund to repair some hospital parts, money would really go to the hospital :)
    The challengesCould have added more in-patient room and out patient clinics.. the ratio of patient to doctor per day is more than 20:1 and i hope they can increase the number of physician in this hospital.

    Learning new things everyday
    The good thingsI have been mingling with different patients and people everyday and that gives me new experiences each and every working hour. I learn from them and i would feel happy if they would report that theu learned from them. My job there taught me how to be resilient and patient. I always feel excited whenever i am given new pafients and new cases to handle. The environment has always been challenging.
    The challengesThe materials for therapy and equipments could have been more updated for a more up to date approach.
