    Collaborative and supportive teammate
The good thingsThere's a lot of opportunities for career growth as long as you've worked hard for it. Team leads/managers/stakeholders are also considerate. Team are collaborative and easy to deal with. Benefits are also great.
The challengesWorking long hours during closing. Average basic salary. Little to zero merit increase. Performance bonus is once in a blue moon due to impossible metrics set every year.

WORST INTERVIEW Ever. They are subjective
The good thingsThe recruiter is good.
The challengesThe panel interview consist of 2 people and they will scrutinize you as a person. I did a lot pf research about the company and the panel ask me how did i know that? Like seriously? And after that no call, emails, or text from them if i passed or fail litterallt worst.

    Evaluations tend to be subjective
The good thingsYou'll learn a lot of things and would test your creativity on how to improve your process to be more efficient. The process is challenging and it's a good exposure to communicating with stakeholders across the region. Stakeholders are also considerate and kind.
The challengesToo much workload and hard to take a holiday. They'll give you too much load until it compromises the quality to meet the deadline. To deliver the needs of the business you end up having overtime from time to time. No work-life balance.

Vestas is a great company to work with as there are wide range of functions and opportunities for self-development and career growth.
The good things1. Opportunities for career growth internally 2. Work life balance 3. Great colleagues and peers 4. Get to collaborate and build better business relationship with key stakeholders / regional anchors / management
The challengesCompensation is not significantly rewarding for tenured employees as compared to employees that were hired externally.

For my opinion as a former employee, the nature of the business of this company is nice because it's an environment friendly company. However, when it comes to work management, they need to be more open with some of the ideas being raised by their employe
The good thingsThey care about the people by providing bottled water during drills, providing bags with lotion and sanitizer during summer activities, very generous when it comes to giving merit increase and bonuses.
The challengesThe workloads are not equal, because of lack of manpower. The people who left the company are not being replaced on time. In this concept, the management needs to improve on how they can attract more applicants, such as referrals etc.

    Upbeat with Vestas
The good thingsI have worked for Vestas for over 4 years and a half and I still feel tjat I am so blessed to have been able worked and grown with the company. I have always loved the culture, people and environment in this company thus these are the things that will be forever drilled in my heart and mind.
The challengesThe executive management team has work so hard to run the company to keep up with new market challenges. What they can probably do is work harder and be more innovative with the new product and take a risk with new market trends.

    Ambiance
The good thingsThe working ambiance is good and there is a excellent work-life balance. The company cares about it's employees and their well being. Benefits are good as well as the office environment. Travel incentives are great and employee development are taken seriously.
The challengesCompany stability should have been the focus and growth and development of the company as a whole should have been improved. However, the market was difficult so new products should have been introduced.
