    The challengesThis company doesn't provide any additional leave. Also, they can't provide any means of help to their agents. They just keep implementing different types of policies that even the HR dept wouldn't follow.

    The good thingsGood employer! Awesome leaders and people person. This is a great company. Just do the job and you'll have no problem.
    The challengeshmm, I didn't experience having challenges working here. This would be perfect for the people who are looking for a good paying job and also a stress-free work/environment.

    A good Company
    The good thingsFast, Easy, and a responsive company when it comes to their employees due to changes in management. Recent changes create a good and a positive feedback towards the Job description you'd been asked for. Outstanding work.
    The challengesThere is no such challenges that an employees may experience. Good enough reason for you not to ask whats wrong as they work hard on every requests that is necessary for the each and everyone's growth and success.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my colleagues and the other staff. I also enjoyed my morning shift schedule.
    The challengesThe management is not consistent with their promises. They weren't able to coordinate and communicate well directly with the client. They weren't able to follow the contract they have offered. And wasn't able to provide a good reason why the pioneer agents wasn't regularized.
