    Vertere, indeed a great place to work with
    The good thingsCompany is committed to delivering quality manpower services. I appreciate that every project there is an assigned HRBP whom I can easily address my concern and get immediate feedback. Also, there are programs/talks that disseminates re current events, mental health awareness and recognition of employee's performance.

    It is with Vertere Global Solutions where I believed my career journey will start to prosper and I was right. :)
    The good thingsIn light of the unforeseen pandemic that redefined the way of working, Vertere Global Solutions put their employees first above anything else --immediate actions were taken and the WFH setup was arranged without further ado. There is continuous support in the virtual community that has been established. Few things I would like to highlight: - Half of the 13th-month pay is provided on the 2nd quarter (May) as extended assistance to employees so we can address health concerns, etc - WFH gift - Opportunities for professional growth - High likelihood of being absorbed by clients if you are a project-based employee
    The challengesAs a project employee, you are not entitled to any paid leave and there is no regularization opportunity in the company. Your only hope is to be absorbed by your client.
