    Overall experience was great
    The good thingsThey have various rewards for different achievement. The company also provide excellent support during start and end of deployment.
    The challengesI cannot consider is a challenge but i think something to consider. The schedule of salary is a bit odd.

    The challenges- no process in back office. hope that everyone knows their roles / responsibilities. - no process in proper distribution of all referral candidates (erp, client referral, etc) - Give the recruiters access in Careers
