Very supportive management and good benefitsThe good thingsI don't see any reason not to give a high ratings. First reason, Vertere always provide a Consultant Care to check their employees regularly. As a consultant, I feel that they appreciate us by checking "how are we, how are the projects going, how are workloads" and by showing that kind of recognition and appreciation, I feel that I am more significant. Also they provide some general topics that can help us to improve our personal and professional skills. Second, apart from their moral support, they also provide us with good benefits such as HMO/Life Insurance and good compensation based on the position and relevant skills. Lastly, the management are very supportive and approachable. I am grateful that I was deployed in a very supportive client. If given a chance, I would like to work again in Vertere in the future.
