    The good thingsIn my two years with Vertere, they really haven't failed my expectations. They are truly a great place to work, especially due to the outstanding support from the BPHR team and the entire management. The leadership fosters a positive environment where employees feel valued and heard. It’s a workplace that balances professionalism with a genuine care for its people, making it a top choice for career development.
    The challengesOne of the most common points of feedback is the relatively small number of leave credits (Vacation/Sick Leave).

    The compensation for me as a fresh graduate is good. They are giving me a trainings for skill ups. The company also is engaging for all of their consultants so even though you are deployed to a different, you still feel you are belong to Vertere. The downside is leave benefits, it's low but still good. Also the company's HMO partner is a bit worse, my reimbursement for CT Scan was not processed.

    Vertere, as their certification says: It is Great Place To Work, but in my experience It's not just Great, It's also a FUN Place To Work
    The good thingsThey take care of their employees, they treat them like family. They always try to find ways to promote balance of work and life. They are competitive in terms that would not just benefit their company but also the individual employees. They give equal opportunities to each and every individual, and most of all they are true to their words. So when they say, that they got your back, they really got your back (you know, as long as you abide by the policies, and didn't break any rules, hehehe)
    The challengesOnly challenge I can think of, is their personal time-offs or as we love to say PAID LEAVES 😅 It's on the edge of bare minimum, you just have to really plan it through out the year.

    WORST employment history ever
    The good thingsSalary, that's it. No other benefits here nor growth
    The challenges• Strict Leave policies (will decline you even if client approved already) • Does not allow leaves beside holidays • Limited number of leaves upon 7th month of joining (5 is the standard) • Will give you LWOP without hesitation even if valid reason • BONDS! (at least a year) • No trainings or anything (HR will promise you stuff but does not follow through) • Keeps on meddling with leave justification • No HMO dependents

    The good thingsWorked with Vertere for 2 years and I can say that they truly value the hardwork and opinions of their employees. Good job opportunities opened for me since I worked with them. They give good salary and benefits. All boss and employees were easy to work with.
    The challengesSince they offer good salary with good benefits, the only challenge I encounter with then would probably be the work schedule (wfh/onsite) and workplace since it will depend on the client.

    Interaction: 99% with the great client, 1% with agency
    The good things99% I worked for a prominent company in the country at the before & peak of the pandemic and had a great time collaborating with the client's management & development team. For this agency, Day 1 HMO & Insurance is good.
    The challengesFew leave credits but meet the DOLE's minimum SIL, the salary is low for X years of experience but I took the risk, and the salary increase is limited.
