    Great learning ground
    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, I can say that management has given me the proper training and guidance in order to maximize my full potential. The challenges given can really boost career growth as the company allows us to speak our minds and contribute.
    The challengesThe company is under renovation which causes us to be a little crowded. I hope it will finish by April.

    Great company! Helps develop your skills and mindset.
    The good thingsI love the culture and happy environment here since most of the employees are millennials. The management keeps on supporting people and has great visions for the team. The work environment is not stressful and the company keeps on improving the benefits and incentives.
    The challengesTeam transitions/restructuring which impacts the operations. Learning new expertise/tools with complexities but lacks proper training.

    The good thingsWell as a fresh graduate, experience would be number one of our list. Here in Vertaccount, Accounting Services is having been outsourced to PH, AU and US Clients that make this company a great stepping stone for all fresh graduates. You will experience accounting from end to end and tax compliance. A good environment - kind and approachable workmates - is a bonus!
    The challengesHandling communication with different complex clients. Giving advise to client's inquiries mostly relevant for their decision-making.
