    The good thingsDepending on your team, on-site reporting varies but in my case we were only required to work on-site once a month. Pay is somewhat above average if you factor in the bonuses and incentives. Overall a great learning experience for me. We only work 8 hours a day 5 days a week with a 20 minute break per shift
    The challengesWork load depends on which account you applied to. Some accounts have fairly amount of free time where you can spend on learning and improving yourself. In some accounts you'll be eating alarms and tickets everyday

    The good thingsCompany shoulders the cost for passed certifications, and has an extensive library of learning materials from various providers. Hybrid schedule is dependent on need to be in office, which could be as little as once a month
    The challengesClients may be and are usually based outside Asia, which may mean being on night shifts or rotating shifts.

    The challengesThe challenge to work here is , even if you working at home or in a resort or anywere do you want it will guaranteed and you can quaranteen also while the Pandemic is still in effect or not yet over.

    FACTS : Working in Verizon Communication Philippines Inc
    The good thingsCompensation and HMO Benefits including all dependents are unmatched in the Philippines. Insurance. Retirement Package. 13th Month Bonus and STI Bonus (similar to 14 Month Bonus). The company supports continuous personal and career development for each employee. Multi-cultural environment and chances to travel abroad for business purposes. Office location is safe and 24 hours access to transport.
    The challengesThe challenging part is that they don't disclose your bi-monthly rooster schedule not until 3 days prior to change shift rotation. You can't plan your schedule ahead until you receive your new schedule. They need to improve their taste for the contracted concessionare. In my opinion the price did not match the quality of meal. Sleeping quarters needs improvement.
