    Low Salary and No Growth
    The good thingsThe company offers a hybrid and flexible setup with 30 days of leave for regular employees. Co-workers are friendly, helpful, and amazing to work with. HR is approachable.
    The challengesThe company offers low salaries with no annual increase. The only way to get a raise is through a promotion. Toxic management and extreme micromanagement. Managers are too young and inexperienced, often saying "yes" to senior managers without question, leading to poor decision-making.

    Disappointing Experience with Lack of Career Growth, Direction, and Constant Rebranding
    The good thingsKind and fun workmates, other than that nothing else.
    The challengesFrequent name changes have confused employees and clients, undermining trust. There are limited career growth opportunities, unstable projects, and vague goals, leading to confusion and lack of motivation. Overall, it's been disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it for professional development.

    The challengesSome managers are young and inexperienced. They seemed to not understand fully what are they doing. The team tend to be overworked because of their incompetency. There are good competent employees who left the company because of the chaos. There is also no growth .

    The challengesWhenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof, there is bound to be friction from time to time. Teams working under deadline and under pressure may be more apt to have flare-ups of tempers and other issues.they give rewards whenever we done great at work.

    A company that cares about its employees
    The good thingsThey invest in it's employees. It provides training and development that will equip an individual be more competitive. It helps you increase your value within the company. The company may be a flat organization but there's still room for career development may it be within the same team or to other department.
    The challengesStress and pressure is normal in every company. Expect that whenever you join an organization, it will be part of your work. The company may not have all the perks and benefits that other companies have but they are continuously incorporating essential employee benefits through the years. They do listen to employee feedback and evaluates the most important and beneficial for it's employees.
