    The good thingsThe company let's you experience what the job truly is. Colleagues/superiors are very friendly and they also guide you when it comes to the training. The company provides room for improvement giving the employee opportunity to grow in his/her profession.
    The challengesIt challenges you to be more alert especially when problems arise. Contingency plan is important when it comes to telecommunication. As much as possible the decisions made are beneficial for both parties (company and client).

    The good thingsSocialization - Most are friendly and easy to get along with. There are several jokes from joyful and enthusiastic people. They treat you very well closed to as a family.

    My first job.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the company of my workmates, the travel, the learning experience especially troubleshooting on a telco company, the new projects that were assigned to me especially when I became a team leader and eventually became an Implementation Leader in one of our projects.
    The challengesWhat challenged me the most was the pressure from the customers, problem solving, handling different types of people, teaching people who are not that educated, time management and handling of money/budget for our projects so that the implementation of our projects would be early and efficient.
