Nice PeopleThe good thingsI enjoy working at veolia. I was deployed on site and they have provided us with a staff house, paid for all the utilities and company car which is a plus for me. These made everything very convenient. Also, my supervisor is very nice and approachable, and he listens to our recommendations. They have also provided us with trainings. The bosses are very generous too. I learned a lot of skills there, including how to drive.
The challengesThe purchasing of reagents and supplies needs to improve a lot. Practically because it gives a bad impression to the clients when we can't do the analysis because our supplies/reagents does not arrive on time. My supervisor has provided a very good database of inventory of supplies and we update it on daily basis and counter check it regularly so i don't know were the process is lost. But inventory wise, i believe we are doing a good job.
