    The challenges1. Lack of direction from Management. They expect you to perform without any definite action plans. 2. HR does not follow confidentiality rules and part pa ng chismisan with other departments. Tagal pa magreply sa inquiries ng employees. 3. Kulang sa mentorship and trainings. Management and Sups here are just managers and not mentors. If you're an Associate here, you'll probably be stuck in the same position for years. 4. No empathy sa employees. Lack of flexibility sa schedules, stuck sa 8-6.30pm schedule

    So-so workplace has it's pros and cons
    The good thingsEmployee discounts, amazing store ops team. Nice place to work if you have experience already.
    The challengesNo definite processes and SOPs in place, lack of alignment, low salary vis-a-vis work that you do, HR not responsive to needs of employees. Lack of flexibility in schedule. If you're a newbie looking for experience, it's better if you explore options other than here.

    The good thingsI really love all foods of mcdonalds thats why i worked here and the also good in that store is the management they so kind to everyone and then they didn't treat us a low level of employees they treat equal to everyone thats why we enjoyed everyday to work hard and also to make our best skill for the company.
