    Generous owners
    The good thingsI enjoy being an employee of a generous owners. They give what is good for the people. I just hope that one day, they will standardize their salary rate according to its place's minimum.

    The good thingsThe Employers give their trust to every supervisors, which totally give us the freedom to show our capabilty. They listens and acts on some issues we raised without discouraging us.
    The challengesThe agencies that the company is engaging their business makes it a little hard for us since they are of different company and of different views with regards to project implementations.
