    low/poor, almost nothing benefits with high work demands.
    The good thingsPositive workmates, nice working environment, Peaceful office location( which I love), the management are good with words. stepping stone to the better company.
    The challengestoxic management, unrealistic deadlines, additional work load from time to time without any additional salary/benefit. the place where the quote "love your job, not the company" is applicable because they surely don't care about your well being.
