    The good thingsCo-employees. Work location. My former manager was very trustful and allowed me to work accordingly.
    The challengesSome managers (and employees) were a bit toxic; I had difficulty dealing with some issues there that can be addressed thru communication directly with the staff instead of getting that info from other employees. Minimal benefits. Career growth.
