    A team, a family
    The good thingsEach team establishes a family relation environment. Each of the senior give their helping hand to train the newbies.
    The challengesThe management. The HR. Hope you guys can change your attitude towards your employees. They also don't have any benefits aside to the MANDATED BENEFITS. Do not ask for a Med Cert when you can't even provide your employees a HEALTH CARD.

    Charge To Experience
    The good thingsI enjoyed the regularization bonus, the news writing training, my PM colleagues, the location, my supervisor \"SG\" has been very nice to everybody and even humble. I love the flexibility of their working schedules.
    The challengesHR Team needs to improve. The Payroll team isn't good. Better team-management communication. No career stability.
