    All in all, I rate it 4/5. There could be some improvements when it comes to workload distribution to each employee, but I can say that it is a great steppingstone especially for fresh graduates of finance and management degree.
    The good thingsGood things: They will train you to do almost every accounting transaction there is. They will rotate you to different accounting roles every now and then to train you.
    The challengesSometimes there will be disputes between co-workers but that could be resolved internally and personally.

    This company feels like home!
    The good thingsThe company promotes simple, cozy, comfortable, and family-oriented culture that ensures work-life balance and nurtures employees to grow at their own pace, of course without forsaking business targets. The management is very much open to new ideas and trusts the employees to innovate and collaborate among the group. They are not afraid to give employees the career advancement that we deserve. The people are easy to work with, there are little to no barriers when transacting. The office is comfortable and safe.
    The challengesThere are so many things to work on in VelcoAsia Group but I appreciate that the management has a conscious effort and plans to improve them. I trust that the management and the people will work together to materialize their plans. I am looking forward to growing with VelcoAsia Group in the following years.

    Priceless Experience
    The good thingsAs a fresh entry level in business world there are a lot of corporations that offers a priceless opportunity that will make your career abundant. During my tenure at Velco i enjoyed being one of their team because every newly employed are very much welcomed and warmhearted people. The best manager i ever had in this company and what makes him different to others is that he is a very positve person
    The challengesI find it challenging because of the customer service in order to meet our goals we have to reach out with the clients and convince them to negotiate with us. It was a very challenging one because not all of the clients are the same and in order to get their attention is to be kind to them, friendly and very considerate. After that due process a gained their trust and loyalty to stick with us.
