It's a great work environment where you can hone your potentials and grow professionally.
The good thingsThe colleagues and even the managers are all approachable, and willing to extend assistance when needed. They provide some programs that promote wellness for the employees.
The challengesThere are times that workloads can be a bit overwhelming especially if they are upon clients' request. However, if you feel like your tasks are already unbearable, just inform your immediate supervisor so they can get some assistance from the other team members who are available to do the tasks on your behalf. Work-life balance is their priority.

    MY OWN OPINION
The good thingsThere are many wonderful things about working in this company and I would like to enumerate some. 1. VOSPI treat employees like grown-ups. They share information with employees, listen to their ideas (or better yet, actively seek out and act upon their ideas) and assume they are responsible enough to manage their own time. 2. VOSPI help employees with their careers and understand that not all careers are built the same. They also allow us to gain a lot of knowledge. 3. VOSPI understand that people have lives outside of work and that these lives might sometimes impinge on (or even take over) their time and attention. They realize that allowing for some work-life give and take means not only that they won’t waste time and money on unnecessary turnover, but that they’ll build loyalty and commitment. They know it’s give and take, not give or take. 4. VOSPI see fun, humor, and relaxation not as the enemies of hard work, but as its allies. Let’s also face it, even those of us with the world’s most satisfying careers generally look forward to the weekends, and with VOSPI weekend off is not an option.
The challengesChallenges are few but not to ignore. Just provide more holistic and concrete plan and approach for employees to be more motivated. Being responsive, not reactive. Needs an employee engagement sector.

    Not so good
The good things• The office ambiance is good and also the employees. • You can eat while working. • The superiors are approachable. • I learned a lot.
The challenges• The incentives are hard to attain. • There are too many logsheets that you need to fill-out every end of your shift and it really really wastes time and effort. • Salary is low. I think they offer me this kind of salary because I have no experience at the BPO company but now that I'm a regular employee. I'm expecting a salary increase. I hope that salary increase is not for the ones who you only see growing so fast. How about the other employees? We also do the part of our job and also exerting effort.

Be A Part of this Leading Medical Billing Company
The good thingsVOSPI is highly recommended for those individuals who want to learn the holistic approach to the medical billing cycle and would still have the time to spend on personal relationships and advancements. Vector company with its executives and management are accessible, perceptive in giving opportunities for its people to grow and encourage their employees to empower themselves by providing training, and company supported MBA studies. This company treat its employees with care and have put up different office branches for the well being of their employees.
The challengesSame with the other BPO companies, VOSPI company faces the challenge of staff retention due to its competitive and well-trained staffs that are in demand with other companies of the similar industry

Growing Company with an appetite for growth,Are you up for a challenge?
The good thingsMedical Billing is growing so fast, so there is an enormous opportunity for people who wanted to learn and accomplish so much. Vector is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and exciting. An absolutely amazing place to work and build your career.
The challengesVector's non-compartmentalized approached on training and staff deployment enables one to grasp a well and full rounded medical billing skills, it becomes a challenge on the company side since it makes you HIGHLY marketable and we ended up being a victim of LABOR PIRACY so to speak.

    Good and satisfying experience
The good thingsMy company has groomed me into a more competitive and knowledgeable person in my career.
The challengesI would like them to have proper training for their employees for them to function more with their tasks. I believe that having a formal training can effectively turn one's weakness into his/her strength.

The good thingsThe good thing here is that the bosses are very friendly and they always wanted to share their knowledge to every employee. And also co-employee are are easily to get along with and all I can say is they are very friendly.
The challengesThe challenges here are they handle so many accounts from different state in US. Well maybe they really need to hire more people to help the company to do more.
