Work loads is not monetary compensated nor family oriented
The good thingsIf your after for knowledge and studies only you may enjoy the environment. Working environment with the branches is okay but in management level quite disappointed.
The challengesMultitasking as in juggling several tasks that you even question if you are in the right department

A challenging role but benefited in the same way that we are given a chance trained on the disciplinary actions, updated in the changes (innovations).
The good thingsWe are trained on different aspects in handling a branch operations from giving or providing a good customer service, from handling reports on time for delivering what is important between prioritizing the urgent reports. Updated seminars and trainings are provided.
The challengesThe only challenged that I am facing is I am a seasoned employee in the company for about 12 years but as getting the maturity of age, probably we also need a benefit having a tenure retirement pay.

The challengesThey hired me as a branch head I accepted the job thinking that I will be handling just 1 branch (as discussed during my interview) but to my dismay I became instantly ABH but they never gave any increments to my salary.

    OJT friendly
The good thingsMy one month of internship from the company was fun, I enjoyed every hours I spent enhancing and developing my skills in preparation for finding a job that suit my skills. My supervisors is very helpful in making me learn new things and has the patience to entertain questions whenever I don't understand something. Other employees in other departments are also friendly and welcoming, they even let interns join parties (birthday parties inside pantry), and they are also willing to teach.
The challengesFor beginners, coping up with the environment is not easy. Different people from different places with different lifestyles, new mechanics in doing certain things, the unbearable traffic of Pasig when going and leaving the office.

    Giving customer service satisfaction.
The good thingsBalance treatment to employees. Giving chances to employees to explore and share more knowledge in their different fields. Giving and sharing productivity of the company to employees; to ensure proper customer service has been deliberately channeled by all the employees.
The challengesChallenging was the experience of giving customer's service satisfaction as you will going to meet different kinds of people to daily activities and operations of the branches handled.

    Stepping Stone
The good thingsAccess to technologies such as server infra, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET Development and understanding of financial services business especially money remittance, being the first Direct Agent of Western Union not only in the Philippines but in Asia.
The challengesBeing an Analyst/Developer in an informal application development team would be both an advantage being able to learn a lot of technology but a disadvantage as you cannot focus on a skill set thus making you a \"jack of all trade and master of none\" if you don't lend extra time on honing a few. The increase in compensation is also not regular or based on performance.
