    The good thingsThe team I used to work with is very cooperative and we had a great teamwork. Did not encounter any financial problem during my tenure as overall in charge of the finance department.
    The challengesOffice, gossips, politics and crab mentality of some employees.

    The good thingsBosses are very supportive for whatever seminar you want to attend, especially if the company will benefit from that seminar. Sometimes, bosses are the one looking for the seminar will process your registration and will advice that you have to attend this seminar on the said schedule.
    The challengesWhen I join the group, the accounting system is very poor. I started working here from a scratch and unsupported ledger balances.

    The good thingsIt's really a privilege working with Vanguard Screening. I have developed my Vendor Management and People Management Skills. Also, Vanguard gave me the opportunity to step-up and show my forte in handling clients.
    The challengesOne of the challenges is meeting Client Expectations but with the help of the Bosses and Directors, I have overcame all these challenges.

    A Company with A Great Future
    The good thingsI enjoyed talking to a wide variety of people - Filipino or not. I got to talk to people with different accents, personalities (you can get a glimpse of a persons' even through the phone), and with different stories. I was able to practice my communication skills and cracked out off my shell.
    The challengesThe only downside would be the low salary. At the time I was working therr, I felt that the pressure doesn't match the pay that I was getting.
