    Working here is a dream come true
    The good thingsI have been dreaming to be working as an HR in this type of industry back when I was a college student. When I started working here, from the start of my day the people are so welcoming and really fun. When working, everyone is very collaborative and a great programmer. They know when to have fun and when to be serious about work. The engagement inside the company is really awesome, they play games, do some social parties, team building, and many things. The benefits are also amazing and the growth that you can experience here is awesome because you can really work on your capabilities in your job because your CEO and colleagues believe in you. Also, time schedule is really a work-life balance.
    The challengesYou will be challenged with the job you are in. It is something that might not be new to you, but you can really grow.

The working schedule and the management's consideration give you more time to work on your other priorities too. Here you will get a chance to work with a collaborative and skillful team. The management values employee welfare too through giving great benefits to the employees. Working here in Vananaz makes each of my working days a brand new day.

    Learning Environment
    The good thingsWe are encouraged to study while working. Our tasks are quite challenging so it allows us to research good solutions and fixes to our codes. You get to learn a lot from colleagues also because we often share what we know about the task we have. It's very collaborative. Also, we get to joke around with each other here at work. We are also given a chance and responsibility to work independently. Managers are supportive and you can easily discuss to them
    The challengesOutput expectations can be a challenge but it will make you grow as a developer since you need to always improve your skill and not be content with just enough output or mediocre code quality

    This company honestly needs improvement.
    The good thingsLearned to be patient.
    The challenges1. Management is not that good on handling people. 2. Not practicing conventional ways of software development, this leads to unbalance dev workload. 3. Package deals during signing contract is not consistent. 4. Their core values is not consistent with what they're practicing. 5. Honestly, there are too many inconsistencies with this company that will still be improve.
