Gained adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills in a field beyond my profession.The good thingsI’ve enjoyed the opportunity to learn and adapt in a different work environment. Despite the challenges of working in a field not directly aligned with my profession, I’ve gained valuable experience and improved my social and communication skills through daily interaction with different departments. I also appreciate the supportive and collaborative people I work with.
The challengesI need to work more on managing my time effectively, especially when I have a lot of tasks or GRPOs to finish. I’m still adjusting since this job is different from my field, but I’m improving little by little.
