    The good thingsDecent Benefits. Free transportation for you and your family when you're using their non aircon buses.
    The challengesVery slow salary increase. Sometimes we get no overtime pay when rendering more than 8 hours of work time. Also, everyone has too much to do so most of the time, the work quality is poor.
