    The good thingsits been a long time looking for a company working 5 days a week and 8 hours per day that can give me time for my family during weekdays. Experience a boss who has a gentle voice no bad words, no shouting just professional way. they treat me as manager that i can decide and implement my ideas with full support. but of coarse there are some trials on the way but the good thing is they just say learn from it and move on no negative emotions like they take it personal and i really like that way. I experience to work independently and happy...
    The challengesmore improvement in terms of management system like implementing the table of organization to avoid miss communication. To implement ISO with honesty and integrity not just for compliance. Specially for safety and please look for a partner in business or sub contractor which is good in implementing safety program and policy which most of the client is looking.

    The good thingsThe company is very accommodating and very organized. There are a lot of ways where you can learn and improve basic and industry related skills. The company is also very positive when it comes to dealing with mistakes and their ability to motivate in the simplest ways possible helped make the experience of learning an unforgettable one.
    The challengesThe company can improve on its teaching methods because not all teaching methods apply to the same person. The company can also build a program on which they can help develop career skills and opportunities outside the company.
