    The good thingsWhat I really appreciate about working at VA Platinum is that I feel heard and trusted with real responsibility. It has given me great leverage in my career—especially the international exposure I was looking for. At the same time, I get to enjoy a healthy work-life balance: weekends off? Check!
    The challengesAt the moment, I can't think of any major concerns that need immediate attention. We're in a phase of growth, so there's definitely a need to move quickly when it comes to implementation and execution.

    I’ve experienced true work-life balance since I started working here. I don’t have to think about work after I log out, so I have my weekends and holidays all to myself.

    A supportive workplace where you're trusted, valued, and encouraged to grow.
    The good thingsWhat I appreciate most about VAP is how much they genuinely care about their people. The leadership team is approachable, and there's a strong culture of support and collaboration across departments. You're not micromanaged, and they really trust you to take ownership of your work.
    The challengesBecause the company is growing quickly, things can sometimes change without much notice-like new processes or shifting priorities. It's not a huge issue, but it does take some getting used to.

    Enjoyable Workplace with Great Perks
    The good thingsGreat work-life balance at VAP. The free breakfast and paid Australian holidays are great perks. I also really enjoy the culture and the people I've worked with.
    The challengesIt was a bit of a challenge at first to have shared lockers and limited cubicles in the restroom, but we will be moving to a new building soon and I've heard it's much better.

    This is a great place to work in if you are looking for an AM shift, a chance to learn new skills, and even more chances of experiencing na work environment when you can actually contribute to your clients' growth.
    The good things1. The AM shift. 2. A horizontal work atmosphere where everyone can communicate with each other. 3. The sense of community that's fostered by consistent engagement.
    The challengesFor now, the challenges are more related to 'growth' pains that gladly do not translate to our frontline team members.

    The good thingsBeen with VAP for almost 3 years, and it’s one of the best career moves I’ve made -  no regrets leaving the BPO and night shift!   It's a flat hierarchy with an inclusive culture where every opinion matters, whether you're a VA or in leadership. People are smart, vocal, and collaborative.
    The challengesAs it’s a relatively young company, some systems need improvement and there are a few growing pain points - but nothing that overshadows the overall great experience.

    The good thingsAfter working graveyard, a morning shift is a godsend. The work is great. You learn a lot about client and VA relations. If you're looking for a career shift this is a good place to start.
