    Somehow a good company with reputation but there's no care for people
    The good thingsI learned a lot from the organization because there's no hands on training added on the onboarding so you need to step up to learn about the process and be proactive
    The challengesover work and you will feel apologetic on taking your leave since there's no one to back you up and no one will cover your work especially payroll period.

    Everything is nightmare
    The good thingsLunch c/o the company, facilities is okay, some coworkers are good.
    The challengesSystem and work process is no good, very confusing! Managers will just keep on assigning work, they reduced manpower before to make organization more efficient but people left are overworked left to adapt to a system and work process that is terrible. jobs are confusing too, there is no clarity. environment is too demoralizing.

    The challengesThey take advantage of the interns, they make them perform duties that are not helpful for their future roles, there is no growth here, they don't have clear development programs, the people leaders are just in their position because of tenure but lack people skills, basically if you get in that is it, that's your role forever NO PROGRESS!
