If you’re financially supporting a family, don’t apply here.
The good thingsCorporate experience, the prestige of being a part of the largest modular cabinet manufacturer
The challengesThe company does not do any damage control (bad reviews, irate clients), low compensation for such a huge amount of stress, no support from the management whenever crisis arises

Not so good experience with the Management itself
The good thingsWe were able to get exposed to different kinds of clients. Go to other places and build self-confidence.
The challengesThey will give you additional work without any salary adjustment. They do no celebrate the employee's achievements when it comes to handling a project. They will give you more stress and they do not care if you are on leave. They will make you do your work even if you are sick and resting at home. They do not appreciate the employees and only care about the clients.

What you see is not what you get. Too much stress, no increase.
    The good thingsNo good things.
The challengesStress, no increase, you may get a job you did not apply for, OT pay are thank you, no consideration, you must be a really strong person that atleast you get sick once in a year only, very much demanding but paying lower than your demand. Worst company ever.

The good thingsMy colleagues in my department are all nice.
The challengesEverytime na magkakaroon ng problem sa site, nag sisisihan ang bawat department at laging umaabot sa punto na nadedelay ang project. Lagi itong nangyayari.
